About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Structurer to join our dynamic Capital Markets team. This high-impact role is at the center of our funding strategy, responsible for the execution of financing and ABS transactions across our entire suite of consumer credit products: Personal Loans, Card, Home Improvement, Indirect Auto, and BNPL Travel. The position reports directly to the Head of Capital Markets Structured Solutions. You will be a key player in a fast-paced environment, working closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to bring innovative structured solutions to market. This role will be based in our office in a hybrid capacity, 2-3 times per week.
What You'll Do:
- Structure and analyze ABS securitizations and loan sale transactions backed by consumer credit collateral.
- Build, audit, and run complex cashflow models (Intex/Excel/VBA) to evaluate structures, optimize economics, and meet investor needs.
- Drive forward flow, warehouse, and term securitization transactions from term sheet through closing, working closely with legal, finance, and rating agencies.
- Perform in-depth collateral analyses, pool stratifications, and economic scenarios to inform deal structure and investor discussions.
- Partner with internal teams (credit, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (banks, underwriters, rating agencies) to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Draft and review investor materials, offering documents, and structural term sheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Own communications with prospective and existing investors on collateral performance, structure, and transaction updates.
What We Look For:
- 6+ years of experience in capital markets, securitization, or structured finance. (Consumer ABS experience is strongly preferred). Candidates with additional relevant experience will be considered for the Director title.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial modeling is required.
- Proven experience analyzing consumer credit portfolios and structuring ABS transactions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to manage complex workstreams independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to internal and external audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a quantitative or finance discipline is preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel 6–8 times per year for investor conferences and meetings.
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency with SQL or Python for data analysis and automation.
- A CFA designation or an advanced degree.
- Proficiency with Intex, VBA, or similar cashflow modeling tools.

The compensation range of this position in New York City is USD $150,000-$200,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
