Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Software technology field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational management within the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, financial planning, and vendor relationships.
  • Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work with high levels of quality and accuracy.

About the Role

The Operations Director will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple teams to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational management within the software or technology industry, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully implementing processes and systems that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. As Operations Director, you will collaborate closely with senior management, sales and financial departments to streamline processes and improve overall company performance. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your role will involve analyzing operational data and metrics to make informed decisions, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of resources and services. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential. You will be adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution, ensuring smooth operations and a positive working environment. COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed grade level is $170,000 to $220,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents, and $185,000 to $240,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington, DC, residents. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members. Employees in this role are also eligible for the following benefits in accordance with the terms of the Company's plans: health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, flex time off, eligibility to enroll in 401k, and 12 paid holidays.
