Job Description

Dotemu seeks a meticulous, independent, and organized Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Finance. Responsibilities encompass diverse tasks in accounting/finance and office management. Accounting duties include PO creation and tracking, invoice and document management, vendor payment processing, vendor relationship management, client billing support, and assistance with financial reporting and analysis. Office management involves managing office supplies, organizing internal events, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate possesses strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas), accounting/finance knowledge, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and excellent organizational and communication abilities. Experience with ERP software and prior administrative experience is a plus, but motivated beginners are also encouraged to apply.

Sous la responsabilité du Head of Finance, vous compléterez l’équipe administrative en intervenant sur des tâches variées en comptabilité/finance et office management .

Nous recherchons une personne rigoureuse, autonome et organisée, avec un bon sens du relationnel et une capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. Si vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et contribuer activement à la bonne gestion financière et administrative d'une entreprise, ce poste est fait pour vous

Comptabilité :

  • Création et suivi des bons de commande (PO).

  • Collecte, vérification et gestion des factures ainsi que des pièces comptables afin d'assurer une comptabilité rigoureuse.

  • Préparation et traitement des lots de virements fournisseurs.

  • Gestion de la relation avec les fournisseurs : interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) pour les aspects administratifs et financiers.

  • Support à la facturation client et suivi de certains comptes clients.

Support au Responsable Financier :

  • Participation aux processus de clôture comptable (mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle).

  • Assistance dans la préparation et l’analyse des rapports financiers.

  • Gestion financière quotidienne : capacité à assurer le suivi des opérations financières en l’absence du Head of Finance.

Office Management :

  • Gestion des commandes et du stock des fournitures de bureau.

  • Organisation et coordination des événements internes, des célébrations et des voyages d’entreprise.

  • Assistance au Responsable du bureau dans les tâches administratives générales selon les besoins.

Pré-requis du poste

Compétences Techniques

  • Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, etc.), avec une aisance particulière sur Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules de base).

  • Solides connaissances en comptabilité et finance.

  • Une expérience avec un logiciel ERP (SAP notamment) est un atout.

  • Expérience en gestion administrative et organisationnelle, avec une bonne capacité à structurer et optimiser les processus.

Qualités Personnelles

  • Rigueur, organisation et souci du détail.

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à prioriser efficacement.

  • Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe, avec un sens du service et de la communication.

  • Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité des informations traitées.

  • Proactivité et esprit d’initiative pour anticiper les besoins et améliorer les processus.

Formation et Expérience

  • Diplôme en gestion, comptabilité ou finance (Bac+3 minimum).

  • Poste ouvert aux débutants motivés, avec une première expérience ( appréciée.
