Ookla, a company behind trusted connectivity solutions like Speedtest® and Ekahau®, is seeking an Account Manager for its EMEA region. This role involves supporting and growing enterprise end-user relationships and sales. The position combines account management and technical consulting, where you will work directly with enterprise customers to solve complex wireless networking challenges using Ekahau solutions. Responsibilities include driving revenue by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers, building long-term partnerships, managing sales pipelines using Salesforce, collaborating with internal teams and global system integrators, ensuring customer success through onboarding and training, and providing market intelligence. The role requires travel as needed.
Must Have
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or technical account management experience

- Fluency in Polish, German, and English

- Drive Revenue: Own and exceed regional revenue targets by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise customers.
- Manage Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with end-users and channel partners, acting as a trusted advisor for their Wi-Fi needs.
- Develop Pipeline: Identify and qualify opportunities, nurture leads, and guide them through the sales cycle using Salesforce.
- Partner Engagement: Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and global systems integrators to close deals and drive adoption of Ekahau solutions
- Customer Success: Ensure clients are getting maximum value from our solutions through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Market Intelligence: Share customer insights and competitive intelligence with product and strategy teams to inform ongoing improvements.
- Travel: Attend client meetings, industry events, and internal team gatherings as needed.
- 7+ years of enterprise sales or technical account management experience, preferably in networking or Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with global enterprise clients (Fortune/Global 2000)
- Fluency in Polish, German and English is essential
- Strong consultative & competitive selling and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working with vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Extreme, and tier-one SIs (e.g., NTT, ATEA, Softcat, WWT, GSI’s and national integrators)
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences and confidence to present at events
- Highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce, PPT and other similar applications
- Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 50%)
