Electric Vehicle Store Sales Intern

This internship at Tesla provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. As a Tesla Advisor Intern, you'll be responsible for providing a superb customer experience, from initial contact to delivery. This involves engaging with potential and existing customers through various channels (in-store, phone, email, events), answering queries, guiding test drives, and effectively showcasing Tesla's products and ecosystem. You'll play a crucial role in the sales and delivery process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, preparing vehicles for delivery, conducting vehicle orientations, and handling paperwork. This is a part-time, 3-month renewable contract position requiring strong communication skills and a willingness to work weekends and holidays.
