BetterMe is a health and wellness platform dedicated to creating a healthier world through a tailored, holistic approach. They are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist with a focus on mobile. The role involves developing and executing remarketing campaigns to re-engage leads, building and optimizing email drip sequences for various stages of the sales funnel, and owning A/B testing for engagement maximization. The specialist will also monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of B2B email marketing experience, understand key email marketing metrics, and be familiar with platforms like Hubspot, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge for template customization and an understanding of mobile-responsive design.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in email marketing in B2B.
  • Understanding of key email marketing metrics (OR, CTR, Conversion Rates, and Engagement trends).
  • Experience working with Hubspot (Snov.io, Sales Navigator or Apollo will be a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for template customization.
  • Understanding of mobile adaptation for responsive email design.
  • Experience creating automated email flows, multi-step drip sequences, and newsletters.
  • Deep understanding of corporate buyer personas, buying cycles, and decision-making processes.
  • English level - B2 or higher.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Develop and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage cold leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Build and optimize conversion with segmented email drip sequences for inbound leads, demo follow-ups, trials, and client engagement post-sales strategies.
  • Own A/B testing and subject line optimization to maximize engagement and lead quality.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.

WILL BE A PLUS:

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or wellness/health tech industry.
  • Experience working with localization or multi-language campaigns.
  • Background in working with LinkedIn lead gen campaigns or webinar/ event nurture flows.
