Enterprise Product Manager

As an Enterprise Product Manager at Lytx, you will be part of the Enterprise Systems team, focusing on delivering operational solutions that enhance business processes. You will engage with customers and operations to understand their needs, own product delivery, act as a Product Owner in agile teams, and collaborate with engineering to define features. This role involves driving launch readiness, communicating product plans, and serving as a subject matter expert to create impactful business solutions and experiences.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably with enterprise solutions and application platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to take products from concept through development to successful launch.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and gathering feedback from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative, with a track record of working effectively across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Good to Have

• Technical or analytical degrees (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics) are a plus but not mandatory

You'll Get To:

• Engage with target customers and business operations teams to develop a keen understanding of customer goals and challenges
• Own delivery of products, services and enhancements according to the product roadmap
• Act as Product Owner on agile development teams, writing user stories and prioritizing backlog items
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering to define features, balancing customer needs with technical and operational constraints, and plan release timelines.
• Drive launch readiness across cross-functional teams including business operations, engineering, and other cross-functional teams as applicable.
• Communicate product plans, release updates, and value propositions to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for your product area.
