Pearl Abyss is seeking a new entry-level Customer Service representative for their popular game Black Desert and upcoming projects. The role involves resolving player issues across various channels, providing timely and accurate support, collaborating with internal teams, identifying and resolving potential problems, monitoring game trends, and responding to service disruptions. The ideal candidate is a dedicated gamer with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. While specific duties are categorized, the actual work will be fluid and involve multiple responsibilities. The position is a 12-month contract with potential for conversion to full-time based on performance, offering full-time benefits during the contract period.
