Become a MAC Education champion! Elevate retail artistry & OmniSelling skills, coach and guide the team, drive sales & customer satisfaction. Must-have: Makeup artistry, coaching experience, customer service, product knowledge.
As a Retail Artistry Coach, you will represent MAC Education in store, being a role model to the team and elevating their Omni Selling, Service & Artistry skills. You will use your people skills to build collaborative relationships with the Focus Door team, identifying strengths and areas of opportunity to drive productivity.
With your passion for Artistry and Coaching you will support the Artist to elevate their MUP skills through Certifications and
Services. As a Retail Artistry Coach you will be responsible for ensuring the follow up of KEY Education initiatives through the Retail Managers, that will drive Customer Service and reach sales targets

As an Education Coach you will display the highest level of Customer Service, MUP Artistry & Product Knowledge & share this knowledge and experience with the stores that you visit supporting the team to turn browsing customers into CONVERTED purchasing customers.


Key Interfaces
Internal
  • Brand Education – trained to engage with consumer, elevate retail artistry skills of Artists
  • Brand Artistry – part of the MAC Creator team – trained on Reels
  • Brand Sales – Information about targets/challenges and goals
  • Brand Marketing – Animation Calendar expectations and 5 Star launches

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

RETAIL ARTISTRY COACH
  • Setting an example of professionalism, customer service and makeup artistry in base store and Focus doors
  • Supporting and following up on Priority Education Initiatives as directed by Education Lead: Key launch information/inspiration, MMX Module completion, supporting Retail Events and elevating Retail Artistry & Omni Selling Skills
  • Identifying training needs through Retail Managers & supporting the Retail Manager to Coach & give feedback to team
  • Participate and support Retail Events and Retail Artistry Services
  • Consistent communication to Education Lead on identified areas of strength and opportunity

50% working in base store

50% working as coach in focus Doors

Qualifications


Minimum Education Level:
Minimum High School Graduate (University GraduatePreferred)

Minimum years of Experience: 1+ years’ experience as a Retail Artist and Skill cert mentor and Product Specialist.

% Travel Time: 50% of time in base store and 50% of time travelling to Focus doors

Required Language Proficiency: Local Language + Fluent English

Licenses or Certifications: MAC Certified in Makeup in 30, Lesson in 30, Social media Product shot
