Leveraging your deep expertise in Apple technologies and proactive problem-solving approach, you’ll play a key role in guiding architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and delivering top-tier solutions optimized for performance across various devices.In this team, we work with native Apple tools and technologies such as Swift and Xcode to deliver the best possible experience for all Apple platforms, including visionOS and iOS. For 3D graphics, we rely on RealityKit and Metal to ensure efficient rendering across platforms, building shaders in both Reality Composer Pro and Metal. Our user interfaces are built in SwiftUI combined with RealityKit to create visually rich and user-friendly games. We collaborate using Git and GitHub and our delivery pipeline is automated with Fastlane running on GitHub Actions continuously publishing builds to TestFlight.<h3 dir="ltr">What you’ll do</h3><ul>
<li dir="ltr">Architect, develop, and implement complex gameplay systems and support features for games on iOS and visionOS using Swift.</li>
<li dir="ltr">Lead optimization efforts to ensure smooth performance across high- and low-spec Apple devices.</li>

<h1>Operations Group</h1>
The Operations Team is responsible for the execution, and management of the entire sequence of processes required to service the activities of each school, and to provide that support at scale in the most cost-efficient and effective way possible. It is the nerve centre of the work that is done in any region and is the interface that brings all school-level support functions together through its different departments - Customer Care, Revenue Assurance, Facilities and Supplies, Instructional Oversight, Quality Assurance, IT Operations, and Supply Chain. The Operations Leadership is responsible for providing overall leadership to the team, through the supervision of all routine tasks, coordination between all teams, oversight of all systems, processes, and data capturing, and ensuring that the work done by the team is done in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible to enable us to better service our parents and government partners, provide a better experience for our employees, and a stable platform on which we continue to scale our work.

<h1>IT Operations</h1>
IT Operations is responsible for the last-mile delivery of technology, ensuring that everyone from school staff to executives, all have the functioning technology they need to excel at their jobs. It also oversees the technical infrastructure that supports and connects all of our global offices, as well as the back-office systems that power our customer care centres, finance teams, warehouses, and more.
Within the technology group, IT Operations also holds the distinction of being the only department with a dedicated presence in each of our operating territories, meaning that is also the key conduit and primary advocate for all aspects of technology at our, ensuring the work done by the other technology departments delivers on its potential. 
<h2>About the Role</h2>
The Officer, IT Operations role combines the provision of front-line support and superior customer service to our schools and support teams with the responsibility for one of our key functional areas in IT Operations, including asset management, problem management, and support office support. The Officer role rotates between these functional areas, bringing fresh energy and insights to each area, while gaining experience over the different aspects required to ensure our Tech investments deliver on our ambitious mission. It will involve rolling up your sleeves to get the day-to-day done with ensuring overall delivery excellence for your assigned area.

<h2>What You Will Do</h2>
<ul>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Ensure delivery against one of our key functional areas for IT Operations:</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Teacher Tablets: ensuring high availability of teacher tablets, including proper assignment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>&nbsp; Smartphones and Tablets - ensuring high availability of school leaders and field staff devices, including proper assignment, monitoring and management (mobile device management), and procurement.</li>
<li>&nbsp; Problem Management - ensuring that all Tech issues ("incidents") are properly tracked and regularly analysed to identify our key "problems" (recurring incidents) - and to work on sustainable solutions</li>
<li>&nbsp; Support Office Support: ensuring the support office is high-functioning - working IT Assets (laptops, printers, etc.), network, firewall, PBX, etc.</li>
<li>Provide first point of IT support contact for all staff, covering all hardware, software, and associated peripherals.</li>
<li>Proactively troubleshoot using reports and data analytic tools provided - and also contribute back to their evolution and improvement.</li>
<li>&nbsp; Deploy IT assets and associated peripherals, including new installations and redeployment of existing equipment.</li>
<li>&nbsp; Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.</li>
<li>&nbsp; Visit schools to understand pain points and receive feedback.</li>
<li>&nbsp; Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, notifying or forwarding to the relevant suppliers in a timely manner.</li>
<li>&nbsp; &nbsp; Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff members in all of the above.</li>
<li>&nbsp; Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required.</li>
