Job Description

The EUC Specialist will be responsible for user support and issue resolution, responding to requests, performing diagnostics, and resolving incidents. They will also monitor service performance, analyze root causes of recurring issues, and lead improvement projects. Vendor and SLA management is key, requiring supervision of EUC service providers to ensure compliance. Additionally, the role involves asset and inventory control, maintaining accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses, and managing procurement and payments. Collaboration with cross-functional IT teams, assisting with onboarding, documenting procedures, and sharing knowledge are also important aspects of this role.

A Day in the Life:

User Support & Issue Resolution
Respond promptly to user requests, perform diagnostics, resolve incidents, and escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams or vendors as needed.

Service Monitoring & Improvement
Monitor service performance, analyze root causes of recurring issues, and lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Vendor & SLA Management
Supervise EUC service providers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards for hardware repairs, software delivery, and support services.

Asset & Inventory Control
Maintain accurate records of all end user assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and manage procurement, payments, and contract tracking for EUC tools.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, assist with onboarding, document procedures, and share knowledge to strengthen team capabilities and service consistency.
