Job Description
The Events Executive will be responsible for the organization and execution of Bushiroad's global trading card game tournament circuits. This includes planning, logistics, marketing collateral creation and execution, budget management, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities also encompass managing shop tournament administration, exhibition events, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth event execution. Occasional warehouse visits and overseas travel are required.
Must have:

Good to have:
- Experience with Bushiroad TCGs

Events Executive
Job Description:
Kindly be informed that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
- Organize Bushiroad’s official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
- Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various Bushiroad’s events and tournaments circuits
- Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing collaterals and event logistics
- Perform quality checks to ensure all marketing materials meet brand and production standards
- Visit warehouse occasionally to prepare and pack marketing collaterals
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage backend administration of shop tournaments such as schedules and registration
- Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
- Manage and support exhibition events
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Must have basic knowledge of social media management
- Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
- Experience or knowledge in playing Bushiroad’s trading card games (TCGs) will be advantageous
- Possess a valid Singapore driving licence
