Job Summary
The Executive Assistant I will prepare or proof correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and maintain office supply inventory. This role requires familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures, relying on experience and judgment for complex tasks. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential, working under general supervision.
Must Have

- 2-3 years of calendar management
- 2-3 years of travel management

- Knowledge in itineraries
- Knowledge in expense filing
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift
- Willingness to work 2-3 days onsite per week

Job Description
- Work includes some of or all of the following: prepares or proofs correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and/or maintains inventory of office supplies.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish more complicated goals.
- Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.
- Works under general supervision
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of calendar management and travel management
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency of MS Office tools (MS Excel, PPT and Word)

- Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift and 2-3 days onsite per week
