Job Summary

Lockheed Martin is a global aerospace, defense, and security company. This role provides high-level administrative support to three senior managers and their engineering teams in the RMS division. Responsibilities include coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, managing office operations, event planning, processing expense reports, and maintaining confidential documents. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft 365, a quick learner of company platforms, and possesses strong communication skills.

Must Have

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange complex travel itineraries (domestic & international) for senior leaders.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for day to day building operations including procurement and maintenance of office equipment/supplies and building systems.
  • Lead comprehensive event planning, overseeing all phases from idea to post event analysis.
  • Process expense reports, ensuring they meet company policy and are submitted accurately and timely.
  • Navigate and maintain SharePoint sites and Concur expense tools, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Produce and maintain confidential documents, reports, and records with a high degree of accuracy. Oversee data organization and maintain systematic records.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, delivering status updates and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook including calendar management, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams Workspace.
  • Experience with arranging travel and completing expense reports.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security clearance. US Citizenship is required.

  • Demonstrated professional presence with the ability to serve as the liaison of several different functions at the site, as well as the first point of contact for a variety of corporate leadership.
  • Office manager experience including maintenance of office equipment and day to day building operations.
  • Experience with M365 Teams, SAP/P2P, pCard usage & reconciliation, SharePoint & OneDrive.
  • Experience with Travel tools such as Concur for travel reservations and expense reporting.
  • Experience working in a government contract environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervisor or instructions for routine work and detailed instructions for new or special assignment.
  • Detailed oriented with ability to multi-task and excellent communications skills.

The Work

Work Schedules: supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $49,400 - $86,940. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
