About Tycho.AI
Tycho.AI builds autonomy software for unmanned systems operating in GPS- and comms-denied environments. Backed by $12M in funding and trusted by defense customers, our team is rethinking autonomy from the chip up using modular AI, advanced visual-inertial sensing, and real-time edge compute to unlock next-gen mission capability.
As we accelerate our growth, we're looking for a motivated, trusted Executive Business Partner to act as a partner to our CEO and a core member of the Business Operations team — helping to maximize impact, drive execution, and keep critical priorities on track.
Role Overview
As Executive Business Partner, you’ll be stepping into a role that sits at the intersection of executive operations, communications, and team alignment. You’ll operate at the heart of the company’s most important initiatives: coordinating across teams, supporting investor and partner relationships, preparing for high-stakes meetings, and keeping the CEO focused on what matters most.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can think two steps ahead, and communicates with clarity, confidence, and care.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar — balancing external calls, team syncs, deep work, and external events.
- Prep for high-impact meetings — including agendas, research briefs, and follow-ups.
- Manage internal and external communications — drafting / reviewing key messages for the team and for LinkedIn / social media.
- Coordinate board and investor communications — from scheduling to prep to follow-up.
- Handle confidential and strategic matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Plan complex travel and logistics, especially around fundraising, events / conferences.
- Partner on internal culture initiatives, company-wide events and day-to-day office management.
- Amplify company culture, employee engagement, and operational excellence, in partnership with the CEO and Business Operations Manager.
About You
- 2 - 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-tech environment.
- Digital Native – comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and unflappable under pressure.
- Comfortable in a technical environment and can interface with engineers, investors, and vendors alike.
- Highly organized, proactive, with a systems mindset — you bring order to chaos and can execute repeatable processes.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Bonus Points
- Experience in an AI, deep tech, or SaaS startup
- Exposure to startup fundraising, investor relations, or board coordination
Why Join Us
- Work with a growing team and help build the future of autonomous systems
- Competitive compensation, generous benefits, and meaningful equity
- Collaborative, high-trust culture that values innovation, execution, and continuous learning
