Job Summary

Hogarth is seeking a confident, people-first Executive Producer to lead a Post Production team at Gramercy Park Studios in London. This leadership role involves hands-on project oversight, senior client relationship building, and team management. The Executive Producer will guide and support a team of Producers, manage key campaigns, ensure workflow efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction, while working closely with the Head of Production to deliver high-quality creative work.

Must Have

  • Lead a team of Post Producers, providing day-to-day support and guidance.

  • Act as point of escalation for all production issues.

  • Nurture senior client relationships and build WPP and non-WPP business.
  • Oversee key projects and produce work alongside team management.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective workflows without compromising creativity.
  • Experienced in post-production across broadcast, digital, social, and versioning.
  • Strong technical understanding of post workflows: edit, grade, flame, sound, VFX, motion graphics.

We’re looking for a confident, people-first Executive Producer to lead a Post Production team at Gramercy Park Studios. This role sits at the heart of the studio, a mix of hands-on project oversight, senior client relationship building, and team management.

You’ll guide and support a team of Producers, manage key campaigns, and keep a close eye on workflow, profitability, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the Head of Production and the wider leadership team to ensure GPS continues to grow delivering high-quality creative work with efficiency, flexibility, and heart.

This is a leadership role that requires someone with deep post-production knowledge, excellent people skills, and a calm, solutions-first mindset. You’ll be someone who gets stuck in, leads by example, and helps others grow while keeping clients confident that they’re in safe hands.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Leadership

  • Lead a team of Post Producers support them day to day while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
  • Act as a mentor and coach, identifying training needs, development goals, and supporting PDPs.
  • Handle team scheduling, timesheets, holidays, resourcing and freelancer support as needed.
  • Act as point of escalation for all production issues within your team.
  • Ensure projects are being delivered on time, on budget, and at a consistently high creative standard.
  • Recruit, onboard, and grow the right talent within the production team.
  • Keep the Head of Production updated on anything significant challenges, resourcing issues, wins.

Client Relationships

  • Be a senior face of GPS nurturing relationships with clients, agencies, production companies and creatives.
  • Build and grow both WPP and non-WPP business by developing trusted relationships.
  • Work closely with agencies, editors, colourists, VFX artists and other creative leads to ensure we’re always aligned on delivery and creative intent.
  • Play a proactive role in maintaining client satisfaction, you’ll know when to call, when to meet, and when to push back.
  • Lead pitches or onboarding for new clients or projects when needed.

Production Excellence

  • Oversee key projects alongside managing your team’s pipeline you’ll still roll up your sleeves and produce.
  • Ensure workflows are efficient and cost-effective without compromising on creativity.
  • Work with the Commercial team on costings, estimates, templates and rate cards when needed.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying better ways of working technically and creatively.
  • Contribute to building a strong culture and operational excellence across the business.
