Experienced Management Consultant | Digital Transformation | Permanent Contract | M/F

PwC is seeking an experienced management consultant for its Nantes office to join the Consulting division, focusing on IT-business transformation projects for large regional companies. The role involves defining IT-business roadmaps, adapting organizational structures to technological challenges, creating Target Operating Models, and leading IT-business transformation projects. Responsibilities include project portfolio structuring, change management, strategic coordination, and coaching project managers. The consultant will also contribute to business development, thought leadership, and team animation.

Must Have

• 3/4 years or more of experience in IT-business transformation consulting
• Experience in IT transformation, CIO reorganization, or agile transformation
• Ability to structure a consulting support approach with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English for international collaboration

Good to Have

• Experience with mid-cap and large enterprise clients
• Ability to integrate into a dynamic team and contribute to commercial development, team building, mission execution, and client relationship management

Within our Consulting division, the team based in the Nantes office tackles the challenges faced by large companies and regional mid-caps.

We are looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen our consulting activities on IT-Business transformation projects:

Organizational Transformation:

• Translating corporate strategy into a roadmap / IT-Business Master Plan
• Adapting the organizations and operating modes of company functions (Support, IT, and Core Business) to best integrate technological challenges
• Creating Target Operating Models (TOM) and/or Product Organization to ensure proactive adaptation to market challenges.

Framing and Steering IT-Business Transformation:

• Support for framing and structuring project / program portfolios (Agile), combined with change management expertise to ensure the success of initiatives.
• Driving transformations by facilitating the adoption of new practices and mobilizing teams to achieve objectives
• Strategic coordination of the implementation of major transformation projects
• Assistance and coaching of project directors/managers in the implementation and monitoring of planning (resources, budgets, and deadlines)

As a senior consultant, you will have varied responsibilities:

• Managing your assignments in terms of execution and supervision
• Contributing to business development and client relationships
• Participating in the production of thought leadership (offers, viewpoints, articles)
• Animating and developing the team within the framework of internal projects

What we expect from you:

• You are a graduate of an engineering or business school or a university master's degree
• 3/4 years or more of experience in IT-business transformation consulting, preferably with mid-cap and large enterprise clients
• You have already worked on IT transformation, CIO reorganization, or agile transformation issues
• You are able to structure a consulting support approach, with very good analytical and critical thinking skills
• You are able to integrate into a dynamic team and contribute to it: commercial proposal management, team development, mission execution, and client relationship management, etc.
• You are proficient in English to work with our international teams and clients.
