This role involves designing electrical systems for industrial parks and warehouses, managing budgets, supervising contractors, and ensuring effective communication for project problem-solving.

Must Have

• Design of medium and low voltage systems for industrial parks and warehouses.
• Experience in executing electrical project budgets and general knowledge of civil works.
• Management, monitoring, and supervision of contractor projects.
• Knowledge of calculations, load charts, and descriptive reports for assigned projects.
• Effective communication with clients, coordinators, supervisors, contractors, and on-site personnel for problem-solving.
• Ability to execute design and plans for medium voltage, service connections, single-line diagrams, general feeders, backup power systems, lighting, air conditioning equipment, pump rooms, guardhouses, voice & data cabling, grounding systems, and lightning rod systems.

Good to Have

• Desirable experience in Prisma Master.

Job Description

• Design in Medium and Low Voltage for Industrial Parks and Warehouses.
• Experience in executing budgets for electrical works and general knowledge of civil works.

• Ability to execute Design and Plans for medium voltage, service connections, single-line diagrams, general feeders, energy backup systems, lighting, air conditioning equipment, Pump Room, guardhouses, voice & data cabling, grounding system, and lightning rod system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and Office tools.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD.
• Proficiency in budgeting tools with unit costs, labor, materials, and item catalogs. Desirable experience in Prisma Master.
• Proactive and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work under pressure.
