This Finance Analyst role involves executing fiscal and accounting activities, analyzing entries, correcting documents, calculating direct and indirect taxes, and assisting with internal and external audits. Must have:
  • Execute fiscal and accounting activities, analyzing entries and making necessary corrections.
  • Verify all fiscal documents for incoming and outgoing goods and services, checking fiscal nature, tax incidence, texts, fiscal codes, values, etc., and making system corrections when necessary.
  • Calculate direct taxes by analyzing deductible and non-deductible expenses.
  • Execute the calculation of indirect taxes.
  • Attend internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and submit ancillary obligations for the fiscal area.
  • Reconcile and analyze accounting accounts.
  • Issue tax payment slips.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding invoices issued by the company.
  • Guide suppliers on how to issue company purchase invoices according to the company's fiscal particularities.
  • Degree in Accounting Sciences.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities

  • Execute fiscal and accounting activities, analyzing entries and providing necessary corrections;
  • Verify all fiscal documents related to incoming and outgoing goods and services, checking fiscal nature, tax incidence, texts, fiscal codes, values, etc., providing system corrections when necessary;
  • Calculate direct taxes by analyzing deductible and non-deductible expenses;
  • Execute the calculation of indirect taxes;
  • Attend internal and external audits;
  • When necessary, issue invoices in the IFS system;
  • Prepare and submit ancillary obligations for the fiscal area;
  • Reconcile and analyze accounting accounts;
  • Issue tax payment slips;
  • Assist clients with questions pertinent to invoices issued by the company;
  • Guide suppliers on how to issue company purchase invoices according to the company's fiscal particularities.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Accounting Sciences
  • Desirable Postgraduate degree in Tax area
  • Desirable Fiscal Analyst training course
