Job Description

As a Finance Controller, the primary responsibility is to manage budgeting, forecasting, and business case preparation while driving financial performance within the business unit. This role involves coordinating the analysis and development of consolidated project financials, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, providing recommendations to achieve key performance metrics, supporting month-end financial closing, defining the top line for central forecasts, analyzing program and customer profitability, managing risks and opportunities, and supporting customer negotiations to deliver BBP customer results. Must have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance controlling

Your Role:
As a Finance Controller your main mission will be to take responsibility for budgeting/ forecasting, business case preparation and driving as one team the financial performance of your business unit. In your daily job you will:
  • Coordinate the analysis and development of the consolidated financials for projects
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze the accuracy and validity of project financials
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to the Project stakeholders to achieve key performance metrics
  • Support month-end financial closing in Service Center (variance analysis explanation)
  • Define top line for central forecast (Revenue, Volume, Price)
  • Analyse programs and customer profitability
  • Drive Risks & Opportunity management
  • Support customer negotiations & Advise commercial team to deliver BBP customer results
Your Background:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting
  • Previous experience of 3 years minimum in finance controlling is strongly preferred
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated achievements
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and management capabilities
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding teamwork skills and interpersonal communication abilities)
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
