We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to join our dynamic Global Finance team at Playtech Brazil. This is a senior role reporting directly to our Director of Financial Controller and working together in making a significant impact on our financial operations.

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

• Oversee and manage all financial operations in Brazil, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and global stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Coordinate with international teams to maintain consistent financial practices and reporting standards across all regions.
• Manage tax planning and compliance, working with external advisors to optimize tax strategies.
• Ensure robust internal controls and risk management processes are in place and adhered to.

Components for Success: You…

• Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Have at least 7-10 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably within a multinational company.
• Possess strong knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Are proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
• Have exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Are fluent in Portuguese and English.
