About the role
Our Consulting practice has ambitious growth plans and you’ll work closely with clients across diverse industries, solving issues in real time and shaping recommendations that transform their businesses.
As a Manager, you’ll lead complex projects that modernize the finance function— developing target operating model, processes, organizational structure, technology, and reporting.
What you’ll do
Business development & client leadership
- Stay current on local and national business & economic issues that shape client priorities.
- Be actively involved in business development to identify potential opportunities in new and existing clients and shape tailored proposals aligned to client needs.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, reporting progress and issues to Senior Managers and above.
Programme & project delivery (Finance focus)
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of finance transformation projects: assess current finance operating models, define target state, and plan transition roadmaps.
- Oversee analysis of business processes and organisational structures, FTE assessment, design KPIs and management reporting and provide strategic guidance on automation to improve finance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
- Drive value capture in areas such as faster close, improved forecast accuracy.
- Manage project plan, budget, timeline, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure alignment with internal risk management procedures during clients and engagement acceptance stage.
People & practice development
- Train, coach, and supervise team members; build a collaborative, feedback‑rich environment that grows technical and consulting acumen.
- Contribute to developing your own and the team’s technical acumen.
- Strengthen internal networks and your firm brand through knowledge sharing and community initiatives.
Required experience & skills
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Consulting, Management or Business Administration.
- ACCA / CIMA / CFA papers taking / passed is an advantage.
Professional experience
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience as a CFO or a similar roles covering following areas: FP&A, Treasury, Finance Reporting & Compliance, Close & Consolidation, Costing/Profitability, Working Capital, Tax/Statutory considerations, Internal Controls/ICFR.
- Exposure to ERP/EPM platforms and data/analytics tooling.
- Familiarity with GBS/Shared Services operating model design is a plus.
Delivery & leadership
- Proven ability to manage projects, including leading and directing multi‑disciplinary teams in a client‑facing environment.
- Pragmatic, resilient, and innovative problem solver who navigates uncertainty and drives issue resolution.
- Polished presenter and communicator with strong stakeholder management across CFO, Finance Directors, and cross‑functional leaders.
Languages
- Strong command of English and Ukrainian (oral and written).
