PwC's M&A tax professionals focus on providing tax consulting and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Their work will involve analyzing the tax implications of these transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in understanding complex tax regulations to optimize fiscal outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the team in managing risks and opportunities involving direct tax calculation (Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ), Social Contribution on Net Income (CSLL), Social Integration Program (PIS), Contribution for the Financing of Social Security (COFINS));
- Interact with the client on project status and data collection for the success of the work;
- Lead projects involving direct tax calculation, developing tax planning strategies aligned with each client's global needs and tax consulting;
- Act in IRPJ / CSLL, PIS and COFINS, with strong knowledge in other taxes (e.g., IRRF, CIDE).
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Accounting Sciences, Business Administration;
- Consistent experience leading projects involving direct tax calculation, developing tax planning strategies aligned with each client's global needs and tax consulting;
- Experience in IRPJ / CSLL, PIS and COFINS, with strong knowledge in other taxes (e.g., IRRF, CIDE);
- Tax calculation review;
- Investment fund;
- Mergers and acquisitions - a differential;
- Work with simultaneous projects - 3 to 4 projects.
