Job Description
We are seeking talented and experienced professionals for the role of Financial Controller / Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d). The company, PLAION, is a global leader in the development and marketing of computer games, merchandise, and award-winning movies. This role involves operative and strategic financial controlling, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for assigned branches/business units, and collaboration with auditors. You will also analyze and evaluate business units, support them with operational planning, and assist in the transition of national law to IFRS. PLAION has a global presence with over 2,200 employees and is part of a publicly traded Swedish group, emphasizing innovation, diversification, and stability.
Must have:
- Economic education with focus on accounting/controlling or accounting qualification
- Several years of professional experience
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient Excel skills
Good to have:
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Know-how of international accounting regulations (IFRS) is beneficial

Ihre Aufgaben
- Operatives und strategisches Financial Controlling
- Erstellung von Monats- bzw. Jahresabschlüsse der Ihnen zugeordneten Niederlassungen / Geschäftseinheiten & Zusammenarbeit mit dem Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Analyse und Bewertung der Geschäftseinheiten
- Unterstützung der Geschäftseinheiten bei der operativen Planung
- Mitwirkung bei der Überleitung von Landesrecht nach IFRS
Ihr Profil
- Wirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen / Controlling oder
Ausbildung Bilanzbuchhaltung - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Versierte Excel-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in SAP sind vorteilhaft
- Know-how internationaler Rechnungslegungsbestimmungen (IFRS) von Vorteil
