Job Description

This Channel Relationship Manager role at Motorola Solutions focuses on strengthening relationships and growing the Australian Channel Business. The manager will drive sales through Distributors and new Channel partners, manage multiple product suites, and act as a trusted advisor. Key responsibilities include relationship management, sales planning, partner upskilling, and driving solutions portfolio opportunities across ANZ.
Must Have:
  • Responsible for overall relationship management within the defined territory for all day to day engagements with partners
  • Meet regularly with all channel partners to review plans & actions, agree on goals & objectives & discuss strategies for winning major opportunities
  • Work closely with our distributor manager to help and implement comprehensive sales plan for each distributor
  • Effectively manage the relationship with key channel partners. Communicate Motorola’s strategies, plans, goals, direction & policy
  • Enable and upskill identified partners to be able to effectively sell our Solution portfolio
  • Act as a trusted advisor to influence partners/customer’s technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty to MSI
  • Travel to engage and support our Channel Partners as required
  • Help and continue to growth awareness of channel business in the portfolio and value to industry verticals via our distributor partners
  • Help to identify, onboard and enable new Solutions focused partners to help support the growth of our Solutions business in this region
  • Work closely with all distributor partners to execute the Solutions strategy
  • Work closely with Distributor Manager for ANZ to help develop strategic growth plans
  • Driving partner engagement and the development of Solutions portfolio opportunities
  • Minimum 5 years Relationship and Partner Management experience
  • Strong Relationship Management skills with partner sales team, technical team and dealer principals
  • Relevant Experience in large enterprise sales
  • Relevant Experience in solution sales
  • Broad understanding of technology infrastructure such as wired/wireless networks, network services, data analytics, managed services
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and working in a high performing sales environment delivering strategic programs
  • Travel required in across ANZ when needed

Opportunity:

This is a Channel Relationship Manager opportunity is to further strengthen relationships and engagement and grow our Australian Channel Business. In addition, we are also seeking a person who has the flexibility, talent and capability to drive strong relationships and You will need to bring your breadth of Channel and ICT experience to this role, managing and driving sales through our Distributors and new Channel partners. A strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple product suites across multiple Channels is a must.

Your role will include but not limited to:

Basic Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years Relationship and Partner Management
  • Strong Relationship Management skills with partner sales team, technical team and dealer principals
