EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider in iGaming. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director based in Latin America to lead business development and sales efforts. This role is critical to strengthening EveryMatrix’s position, driving revenue through strategic client acquisition, and managing relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in LatAm iGaming sales, deep industry connections, and the ability to navigate both emerging and established markets across the continent.
Must Have:
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with market goals.
  • Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
  • Build long-term partnerships with operators, aggregators, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
  • Represent EveryMatrix at key trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Report regularly to the Managing Director Latin America on pipeline development.
  • Stay up to date on local regulatory developments and competitor activity.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the LatAm iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of securing and growing iGaming accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, payment systems, and local operator needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in LatAm iGaming sales, deep industry connections, and the ability to navigate both emerging and established markets across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the overall African market goals.
  • Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals. Build long-term partnerships with operators, aggregators, and stakeholders within the LatAm iGaming ecosystem.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent EveryMatrix at key trade shows, conferences, and networking events across LatAm and internationally.
  • Report regularly to the Managing Director Latin America on pipeline development, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Stay up to date on local regulatory developments and competitor activity in key LatAm markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the LatAm iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of securing and growing iGaming accounts across multiple LatAm countries.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, payment systems, and local operator needs.
