Job Summary
Two Circles is seeking a Financial Controller for their Stockholm-based Finance team. This role is crucial for the continued growth of Two Circles Sweden, focusing on best-in-class financial control, reporting, and analysis across Swedish entities and group operations. The Financial Controller will lead group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, working closely with the Finance Manager and leadership to enhance financial processes and systems within a fast-growing international sports and entertainment business.
Must Have
- Lead and manage monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow consolidation)
- Ensure accurate subsidiary accounting and reporting across Swedish entities
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee cash flow planning and analysis
- Conduct detailed financial reviews and performance analyses
- Support external reporting to investors, banks, and authorities
- Build and enhance internal financial structures and control processes
- Develop and track key financial KPIs
- Manage audit processes and ensure adherence to K3 accounting standards
- Support integration and development of group-wide systems and reporting tools
Good to Have
- Experience from smaller, dynamic, or fast-growing companies
- Background from an audit firm
- Experience working with international organizations or stakeholders (PE firms, banks)

We’re now looking for a Financial Controller to join our Stockholm-based Finance team. This role is central to the continued growth and development of Two Circles Sweden, ensuring best-in-class financial control, reporting, and analysis across our Swedish entities and group operations.
As Financial Controller, you’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and leadership team to drive accuracy, efficiency, and insight in all financial processes. You’ll take the lead on group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, while continuously improving systems and structures to support a fast-growing, international business.
The role combines hands-on accounting expertise with a strategic mindset and offers the opportunity to shape how financial operations evolve within one of the world’s most exciting sports and entertainment businesses.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the group’s monthly financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow consolidation.
- Ensure accurate subsidiary accounting and reporting across all Swedish entities.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across the group, collaborating closely with the Finance Manager and senior leadership.
- Oversee cash flow planning and analysis, maintaining a clear view of liquidity and capital requirements.
- Conduct detailed financial reviews and performance analyses, providing insight to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support external reporting to investors, banks, and authorities, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Build and enhance internal financial structures, reporting frameworks, and control processes to match a growing, international organization.
- Develop and track key financial KPIs, partnering with internal teams to improve business performance and cost efficiency.
- Manage audit processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards (K3).
- Support integration and development of group-wide systems and reporting tools to streamline operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 4–5 years’ experience in financial control, accounting, or audit.
- Experience from smaller, dynamic, or fast-growing companies is preferred.
- Background from an audit firm is highly meritorious.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with international organizations or stakeholders (PE firms, banks) is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with financial systems.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Self-driven, structured, and proactive – able to balance hands-on detail with strategic thinking.
