They partner with manufacturers of green hardware like energy storage, solar systems, and heat pumps to simplify financing for customers. As a Founders Associate Intern, you will join an experienced founder team, combining entrepreneurship and sustainability, gaining an exceptional learning curve, and preparing for your own startup journey.

Must Have

• Support the founder team in operational business and company advancement
• Accompany the Product Team in developing product-market fit
• Assist founders Marius & Jakob with VC communication and fundraising

Tasks

• As a Founders Associate Intern, you will be part of the operational business and support our founder team in advancing the company.
• You will accompany our Product Team and be at the forefront of further developing the product-market fit.
• You will support the experienced founders Marius & Jakob in communication with VCs and in fundraising.
• You will be involved in all important projects and support their conception, planning, and implementation. You will also have the opportunity to take full responsibility for your own projects.
• You will deal with green hardware, companies in the climate sector, and the latest developments in the GreenTech scene.
• You will help to further develop our company on a strategic level by contributing new ideas and your own perspective.

Qualification

• You are very interested in climate protection and sustainability and want to learn more and make a difference.
• You are fluent in very good German and English, both written and spoken.
• You have successfully completed or are in the process of successfully completing your studies in an economic, scientific, or other relevant discipline.
• You bring initial practical experience, for example through internships or voluntary engagement.
• You have a natural sense for exciting complex interrelationships and possess very good communication skills.
• You set the highest quality standards for yourself and bring a high sense of responsibility.
• Are you fast, highly motivated, open, and honest, and looking for a steep learning curve?
• Even if you don't meet all criteria, but are passionate about the task, this is not an exclusion criterion for us.
