Founding Frontend / Full-Stack Engineer

Trove is developing an AI associate for financial firms, aiming to deliver associate-level AGI. They have raised nearly $10M and have strong initial traction. This role offers high impact, shaping the product and culture, high equity (0.5%+ and $175K-$300K cash), and a high talent density team. The engineer will reimagine GenAI user interfaces, own mission-critical features, and iterate rapidly with design, ML, and product teams.

Must Have

• Track record of extraordinary ability
• 3 - 8 years building apps with modern frameworks (React, TypeScript)
• Passion for GenAI UI / UX (LLM/chat, data retrieval, agent interfaces)
• Excitement to work in person 4 days a week in SF

Good to Have

• Experience with data-heavy products, search/retrieval, or finance-adjacent tools
