The Founding Engagement Manager will manage post-sale relationships, identify high-impact use cases, and build foundational playbooks for customer operations.

Must Have

  • Manage entire post-sale relationships, working hands-on with users and senior stakeholders
  • Identify and scale high-impact use cases; package feedback for product and engineering
  • Build the playbooks, metrics, tooling, and strategy that set the foundation for the scaling our customer operations
  • 3-6 yrs at a top-tier consultancy or investment bank
  • Executive-level communicator who loves solving client problems
  • Analytical, product-minded, and comfortable in 0 → 1 environments
  • Based in San Francisco and eager to be in the office four days a week
