Trove is developing an AI associate for financial firms, aiming to deliver associate-level AGI. They have raised nearly $10M and show strong initial traction with large enterprise contracts. As the first Founding Account Executive, you will own the entire revenue engine, building the GTM playbook alongside founders, and benefit from high upside with competitive base and uncapped commission. This role involves sourcing, qualifying, and closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with financial-services firms, crafting compelling narratives, and driving deals through complex evaluations.

Must Have

  • Source, qualify, and close six- and seven- figure enterprise deals with financial-services firms.
  • Craft compelling narratives and run tailored demos / pilots that showcase ROI.
  • Drive deals through complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations and negotiate win-win contracts.
  • Maintain a precise, data-driven pipeline and forecast for leadership and investors.
  • Feed market insight back to product, marketing, and customer success.
  • 4 - 10 years selling enterprise SaaS; track record of beating quota.
  • Skilled at consultative selling to senior execs in finance or similarly complex industries.
  • Comfortable in 0 → 1 environments—scrappy, resourceful, and process-oriented.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical value into business outcomes.
