Founding Backend Engineer

Trove is developing an AI associate for financial firms, aiming to deliver associate-level AGI. The company has raised nearly $10M and has strong initial traction with large enterprise contracts. This role offers high impact, shaping product and culture, high equity (0.5%+ and $175K-$300K cash), and the opportunity to work with a high-talent founding team. You will push the frontier of GenAI applications, design knowledge graph algorithms, and collaborate with top AI labs and financial firms.

Must Have

• Push the frontier of GenAI applications by delivering human-level capabilities
• Design and build novel knowledge graphs algorithms to power search and retrieval over unstructured and structured firm data
• Collaborate with the top AI labs and elite financial firms to design reliable AI-native systems
• Track record of extraordinary ability
• 3 - 8 years of software engineering experience
• Excitement to work in person 4 days a week in SF
