We are looking for a passionate and driven FP&A Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting the business. Additionally, you’ll support the broader FP&A Shared Services team with day-to-day financial tasks, offering a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of FP&A operations within a dynamic gaming company.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing monthly Actual vs. Budget reports and providing actionable insights
- Preparing and analyzing forecasts on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial planning
- Assisting FP&A Shared services team members with ad-hoc tasks and financial analyses
- Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management
- Participating in the annual budget planning process
- Monitoring and approving new purchase orders and budget requests globally
- Reviewing and approving invoices that exceed budget
- Collaborating closely with multiple financial teams in Israel and internationally, including accounting and bookkeeping departments
- Participating in the month-end close process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven track record of financial analysis
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Highly motivated and proactive individual
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP – an advantage
- Knowledge of EPM Oracle – an advantage
