Dark Burn Creative, a division of Trailer Park Group (TPG) is one of gaming's most prominent and growing entertainment marketing agencies, specializing in global content creation, trailers/promotions, and gameplay capture. We combine our creative storytelling expertise with large-scale production resources, uniquely positioning us to create, market, and distribute gaming content for our diverse client portfolio of top gaming development companies and major brands.
We are looking for a Freelance Account Manager who will seamlessly balance the clients’ needs with our drive to deliver bold, strategic and creative work that surprises and delights our target audiences.
Please note this position requires on-site/in-office work in Woodland Hills, California.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s perspective, industry and challenges, and effectively communicate these insights to internal teams.
- Collaborated to manage client expectations and timelines.
- Responsible for generating and confirming scope of work and deliverables list.
- Orchestrates meetings between client and Dark Burn.
- Compiles presentational materials to be delivered to client.
- Provides supports in negotiating project scopes and potential overages.
- Oversee the delivery of campaign deliverables and manage the approval process.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3+ years of experience at an advertising agency required
- Experience within the gaming space is preferred - prior marketing agency experience is essential.
- A love of all things video games important in this role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – must be able to demonstrate superior writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and imaginative; approachable, outgoing, and diplomatic
- Available to work long hours when needed, especially under tight deadlines.

COMPENSATION:
