This role involves training collaborators in the Fruits and Vegetables department within the Centre Est Regional Directorate of Groupement Mousquetaires. The trainer will be responsible for developing sales, increasing profitability, and enhancing the skills of store employees. Key activities include conducting training sessions, supporting points of sale during structural events (creation, expansion, transfer, remodeling), auditing departments for customer satisfaction and quality, and ensuring adherence to the brand's strategy and guidelines for the department. The position is full-time, permanent (CDI), and requires travel across the departments of Côte d'Or, Doubs, Jura, and Saône-et-Loire.

Must Have

• Train collaborators on the Fruits and Vegetables department to develop sales and increase profitability.
• Support Points of Sale during structural events (creation, expansion, transfer, remodeling, rallying).
• Audit departments to ensure customer satisfaction and quality, defining action plans.
• Ensure adherence to the brand's strategy and positions for the Fruits and Vegetables department.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Fruits & Vegetables department as a manager or similar role.
• Pedagogy, listening skills, autonomy, organization, proactiveness, persuasion, diplomacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description

Within the Centre Est Regional Directorate, and reporting to the Point of Sale Performance Pole Manager, we are looking for a Fruits and Vegetables Trainer M/F on a permanent contract (CDI).

CDI to be filled as soon as possible and itinerant across the following departments: Côte d'Or (21), Doubs (25), Jura (39), Saône-et-Loire (71).

Concretely, what will be your missions? 🔎

As a Fruits and Vegetables Trainer, you participate in the development of sales and the increase in department profitability. Your missions are structured around 4 areas:

Employee Training

• Train Point of Sale employees on your department to develop sales and increase the profitability of the expert department.
• Develop the skills of employees in the department.

Support for Points of Sale during structural events (creation, expansion, transfer, remodeling, rallying)

• Define, formalize, and have the support plan validated by the adherent.
• Advise the adherent on their choices of equipment, installation, and team organization necessary to meet objectives.
• Advise Point of Sale employees on the choices to be made in terms of ranges, layout, and animation within the framework of the Point of Sale's evolution.

Department Audits to meet customer satisfaction and in a quality approach

• Define action plans to implement the commercial policy.
• Propose areas for improvement.

Guarantee of the Brand's strategy and positions on your department

• Master the positioning, recommendations, and positions of the Brand in department management.

You could also contribute to other projects.

Qualifications

And what if your skills could fuel our mission?

• With a Bac +2 degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in the Fruits & Vegetables department, as a department manager or in a similar position, ideally across different brands and/or store sizes.
• You have a sense of pedagogy and listening, you are also autonomous and organized.
• For this job, it is also necessary to be proactive, to know how to convince with diplomacy.
• In addition, you are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
