Job Summary
Job Description
Lead the creation of 3D models and environments for VR applications, collaborating with developers and artists. Proficiency in Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter, and Illustrator is essential. Experience in real-time 3D art production, texturing/shading, character animation, and strong real-time rendering constraints and optimizations are required.

- Collaborate with developers and other artists to ensure assets are optimized for real-time performance
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior artists
- Utilize advanced skills in Maya, 3DSMax or Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter and Illustrator to produce high-quality textures and materials
- Contribute to character animation and ensure seamless integration into VR applications
- Provide artistic direction and ensure consistency in visual style across different projects
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, implementing best practices in 3D art production
Requirements
