The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end creation of eInstant games. This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing game development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market trends, and customer requirements. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality games that meet performance targets such as GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) and player engagement metrics.

What You'll Do

Game Conceptualization and Design:

  • Develop and define game concepts, mechanics, and features based on customer requirements and market analysis.
  • Ensure game designs provide engaging player experiences while achieving business goals.

Project Management and Execution:

  • Manage the entire game development lifecycle, from initial concept through to post-launch analysis and optimization.
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps and schedules, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with development, design, analytics, and marketing teams to execute projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all game-related matters, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Monitor game performance using relevant KPIs such as player retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Use data and insights to recommend and implement improvements to games post-launch.

Market Research and Trend Monitoring:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and player preferences.
  • Apply insights to inform game designs and maintain competitiveness in the market.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed game design documents, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on game progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Product Management Department support:

  • Create reports related to the department operation and other studio relevant topics.
  • Create documents, sheets and decks related to the department operation and other studio relevant topics.
  • Assist with various Product management department tasks.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, game design, or a related role within gaming, iLottery, or digital entertainment industries.
  • Proven understanding of game mechanics, user experience design, and player engagement principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with eInstant games or within the iLottery industry.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
