Publicis Sapient is seeking a Golang Manager to lead the migration and modernization of mission-critical healthcare applications. This role involves re-architecting the Best Price Engine (BPE) Admin UI into a microproduct framework using HTMX and Go. The manager will lead development and delivery of Go-based backend systems and HTMX UIs, architect microservices, drive cloud and DevOps adoption, and mentor a high-performing engineering team. It requires strong technical expertise in Go and leadership skills for large-scale system transformation.

Prior experience in PBM, healthcare, or large-scale pricing systems.
Expertise with Go frameworks (Gin, Echo, Go-Kit, Cobra).
Background in distributed systems and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Certifications in Go, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Demonstrated success in leading modernization efforts and transforming legacy UIs into cloud-native, modular microproduct architectures.

Skills & Experience
10+ years in software engineering with advanced Go expertise (concurrency patterns, memory management, idiomatic Go).
Proven track record leading development teams and delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications.
Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and REST/gRPC APIs.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
Proficiency in databases (SQL and NoSQL) with exposure to distributed database design.
Experience with HTMX and UI modernization projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with additional languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivery and execution.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
