Job Summary

Working with Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) in Saxo, you will assess risks and implement controls to ensure compliance with regulations globally. The role involves handling governance and risk tasks, leading Senior Management meetings, and monitoring progress on internal audit remarks and compliance recommendations. You will also maintain oversight of risks and support project management within the Programme Management team.

Must Have

  • Monitor and keep track of progress and status on Internal Audit remarks and Compliance recommendations
  • Document the organization’s work with remarks and recommendations through meeting minutes
  • Drive and facilitate the Client Approval and Compliance Committee
  • Maintain a comprehensive oversight of risks to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Support on project management tasks in the team, when needed
  • Solid experience in risk management, including follow-up on compliance recommendations and audit remarks
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in presenting and reporting to senior management
  • Proficiency in project management and business reporting using Microsoft Office tools or similar platforms
  • Fluency in English at a professional level, both written and spoken
  • Relevant educational background and/or practical experience in risk management

About the job

Working with Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) in Saxo, you will take part in our continuous efforts to fight financial crime globally by assessing risks and implementing controls to ensure our business is compliant with regulations in all the countries where Saxo operates.

The Financial Crime Prevention Program Management team is part of the 1st Line of defense and located in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are a smaller international team with diverse backgrounds and responsibilities, and we are looking for new colleagues to join our team.
