Job Summary
The Government Services Sales Executive VI at Rackspace Technology is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing profitable opportunities with new and existing government customers. This role involves building strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal resources, and leveraging subject matter experts to provide solutions aligned with business priorities. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from acquiring new customers to expanding share of wallet with existing ones. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with C-suite executives. They will develop and execute pursuit and win strategies, lead account reviews, and ensure successful implementation of strategic account plans, all while embodying Rackspace's core values. This position requires a high level of expertise and experience in leading large deals and developing sustainable revenue streams.
