Must Have

• Participate in a structured managerial development program covering agency management expertise.

• Manage commercial objectives and sales animation in the agency, implementing levers to achieve results.

• Manage your agency's budget and propose cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
• Hold a higher education degree (Master or equivalent) obtained in the last two years.
• Have significant first experience in sales and/or management.
• Possess a valid B driving license and be mobile throughout France.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You participate in a structured managerial development program in several phases covering the main areas of expertise of the Agency Manager function: sales, customer service, fleet management, and human resources, while benefiting from exposure to different types of agencies during your rotations.
• You manage and motivate your team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and strong commitment from each employee. You will be responsible for the integration, training, and development of your teams.
• You are in charge of managing commercial objectives and animating sales in the agency, implementing levers to achieve quantitative and qualitative results. You monitor the performance of your agency, initiate and deploy actions to improve results.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education and experience You have obtained a higher education degree, Master or equivalent, within the last two years and have significant first experience in sales and/or management. You are ready to take your first steps in agency management and to evolve quickly.
