Job Description

• Propose medium and long-term product development strategies; identify technology trends, research directions, and prioritized product portfolios.
• Organize research, design, testing, improvement, and completion of electrical products and equipment (consumer, industrial, lighting, automation equipment...).
• Responsible for product technology and engineering: ensuring design, materials, technical standards, safety, performance, and reliability of products.
• Plan, allocate resources, control progress, costs, and efficiency of research projects.
• Coordinate with Production & Quality: Work with the Production, Engineering, and Quality Management departments to transfer technology, guide testing, and pilot production.
• Organize testing, evaluation, and application for conformity/standard certification, ensuring products meet legal regulations and national, international technical standards (TCVN, IEC...).
• Manage the R&D team: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a highly skilled R&D engineering team.
• Market & New Technology Research: Monitor technology trends and new products in the electrical-electronic industry to guide product and technology improvements.
• Advise the Board of Directors: On technology strategy, investment plans for machinery, equipment, and software for research and development.
