Job Description

As the technical and disciplinary leader of the entire Supply Chain department, you are the main guarantor for smooth material and information flow management between all participants in the supply chain, from suppliers and sub-suppliers to our customers. Both in the development phase and during series production, you play a significant role in actively shaping the future of our industrial processes. This includes responsibility for Sales & Operation Plan, production and procurement planning, resource analyses, investment proposals, and risk minimization plans for critical resources.
Must Have:
  • Responsibility for Sales & Operation Plan, production and procurement planning, resource analyses, investment proposals, and risk minimization plans.
  • Ensuring parts availability, capacity planning, and control of missing parts.
  • Planning and monitoring KPIs including customer satisfaction and on-time delivery (OTD), initiating corrective measures.
  • Leading and developing Supply Chain teams (Warehouse, Disposition, Configuration Management), ensuring efficient processes and performance improvement.
  • Promoting continuous improvements and process optimizations through new tools (MES, SAP, Ortems) and data management (PLM/ERP).
  • Responsibility for inventory development and key process indicators (DIO), including planning, target/actual reconciliation, measures, and Cash Management Meetings.
  • Controlling the 'Change Review Board' and evaluating technical changes' impact on the supply chain before validation.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements, contributing to safety and compliance programs.
  • Successfully completed Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Recognized SCM certification (CPIM, CSP or comparable).
  • Several years of sound professional experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management.
  • Profound knowledge in inventory/flow management, product/manufacturing processes, and IT systems for analysis/decision support.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, structured, and independent way of working.
  • High communication, presentation, teamwork skills, and leadership experience.

Your Mission

As the technical and disciplinary leader of the entire Supply Chain department, you are the main guarantor for smooth material and information flow management between all participants in the supply chain, from suppliers and sub-suppliers to our customers. This also includes the following tasks

  • Responsibility for Sales & Operation Plan as well as for production and procurement planning including resource analyses, investment proposals and risk minimization plans for critical resources
  • Ensuring parts availability, capacity planning and control of missing parts
  • Planning and monitoring of relevant KPIs including customer satisfaction indicators and on-time delivery (OTD) as well as initiation of corrective measures
  • Leading and developing the Supply Chain teams Warehouse, Disposition and Configuration Management as well as ensuring efficient processes and coordination of initiatives for performance improvement
  • Promoting continuous improvements and process optimizations through the introduction of new tools such as MES, SAP, Ortems as well as data management in PLM/ERP
  • Responsibility for the development of inventories and key process indicators such as DIO including planning, reconciliation of target/actual, derivation of measures and presentation in Cash Management Meetings
  • Controlling the "Change Review Board" and evaluating the impact of technical changes on the supply chain before their validation
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements and actively contributing to safety and compliance programs

What we look forward to
