Must Have
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism

- Good knowledge of service and hospitality techniques
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service
- Proficiency in English

Job Description
Being a Head Waiter at Taula Gallici: Reporting to our Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism,
- Take orders and advise clients on the menu,
- Serve dishes and drinks with care and precision,
- Manage special client requests and resolve any potential issues,
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure the quality of dishes served,
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your workspace,
- Participate in food preparation when necessary,
- Comply with current food safety standards.

Qualifications:
- You have significant experience in catering, ideally as a Head Waiter or in a similar position.

- Barista experience would be an additional asset.
- You are able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service.
- You are proficient in English.
Additional Information
Our collaboration:
- Contract type: Seasonal fixed-term contract of 39 hours (From April 1st to October 31st, 2026)
- Compensation: €1,950 net per month
- Hours: Split shifts or afternoon shifts
- Days off: Two consecutive days per week
- Accommodation: Not provided
