Must Have

  • Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism

Job Description

Being a Head Waiter at Taula Gallici: Reporting to our Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism,
  • Take orders and advise clients on the menu,
  • Serve dishes and drinks with care and precision,
  • Manage special client requests and resolve any potential issues,
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure the quality of dishes served,
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your workspace,
  • Participate in food preparation when necessary,
  • Comply with current food safety standards.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • You thrive in a work environment where team spirit is emphasized.
  • Your enthusiasm and smile are contagious.

  • Dynamic and passionate about hospitality, you embody the values of this sector.

Qualifications:

  • You have significant experience in catering, ideally as a Head Waiter or in a similar position.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills and are attentive to details.
  • You have a good knowledge of service and hospitality techniques.
  • Barista experience would be an additional asset.
  • You are able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service.
  • You are proficient in English.

Additional Information

Our collaboration:

  • Contract type: Seasonal fixed-term contract of 39 hours (From April 1st to October 31st, 2026)
  • Compensation: €1,950 net per month
  • Hours: Split shifts or afternoon shifts
  • Days off: Two consecutive days per week
  • Accommodation: Not provided
