Job Summary

The HR Generalist Staff Professional at Marvell will provide professional HR support and guidance to internal client groups in Argentina, partnering with the global HR team. This full-time, on-site role involves collaborating on HR initiatives such as organization reviews, performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews. The role also includes providing reports, supporting talent pipeline planning, acting as a liaison, and offering HR policy advice to employees and managers, contributing to Marvell's business value.

Must Have

The HR Generalist will be a partner to Argentina HR team by providing professional HR support and guidance relevant to their internal client groups with the objective of adding value to Marvell’s business.

What You Can Expect

This is full time and in-site role.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates closely in specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and coordinate across the global HR BP team to deliver business and HR initiatives such as organization reviews; performance management process; compensation planning cycle; talent review and succession planning processes; and workforce reductions, when applicable.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports and analytics in support of HR BP and business leader objectives.
  • Support the HR Business Partners and client line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between the HR BPs and global COE leaders to ensure that HR programs are aligned with internal client needs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and assist in driving initiatives aligned to the BU Strategy.
  • Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
  • Provide HR policy, process and/or program advice and coaching to employees and managers, when appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Has knowledge and experience in own discipline; acquiring highlevel knowledge and skills.
  • Expected to take full ownership of assigned tasks while applying Marvell business processes to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality delivery.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data or processes requires a review of a variety of factors with limited supervision or guidance.
  • Consistently exercises discretion and independent judgement generally within guidelines to determine appropriate action.
  • Collaborates closely with a small team of professionals and builds productive internal working relationships.
  • Has impact on function/business unit.
  • Develops solutions with some supervision. Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and at least 1-3 years of related professional experience.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with no professional experience.
