Job Description
- Check that safety and security equipments are in compliance with requirements and in good condition
- Carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory survey
- Establish the site “Health, Safety, Security and Environment” operation procedures and oversee their application
- Carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify corresponding actions
- Implement and monitor action relating to the handling of any non-compliance revealed by the inspections, internal audits and external audits
- Be aware of developments in the legislation
- Chemical project Management - Review Site chemical inventory and all chemical cabinets, create and progress list of actions
- Group Safety Training - Support the roll out of safety training from group level - Safety Dojo
- VDU / Ergonomics Project - Full site review and new ergo action plan required for group
- R&D Support - Weekly genba’s to take place
- Risk Assessments Project - Support in the annual review of Risk Assessments, Complete new Risk Assessment
- Noise reduction project - Weekly readings to be taken in the cleanrooms and tracker, support Engineers in the action plan
- R&D Lab standards in B4 - Support R&D to bring the labs up to a safety standard and 5s roll out

- Carry out risk analysis and monitor regulatory survey
- Establish the site “Health, Safety, Security and Environment” operation procedures and oversee their application
- Carry out inspections and internal audits, make recommendations and specify corresponding actions as well as the responsibility for implementing it
- Implement and monitor action relating to the handling of any non-compliance revealed by the inspections, internal audits and external audits, taking the necessary investments into account.
- Be aware of developments in the legislation.
- Chemical project Management - New Group Requirement - Review Site chemical inventory and all chemical cabinets, create and progress list of actions including correct labelling, quantities, review of SDS's for all chemicals.
- Group Safety Training - Support the roll out of safety training from group level - Safety Dojo
- VDU / Ergonomics Project - Full site review and new ergo action plan required for group
- R&D Support - Weekly genba’s to take place (Only monthly at present)
- Risk Assessments Project - Support in the annual review of Risk Assessments, Complete new Risk Assessment, Ergo, SWIs and update the master doc.
- Noise reduction project - Weekly readings to be taken in the cleanrooms and tracker. Support Engineers in the action plan to reduce the noise
- R&D Lab standards in B4 - Support R&D to bring the labs up to a safety standard and 5s roll out
