Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Illustrator to join our creative team in the advertising industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring concepts to life through captivating illustrations. As an Illustrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our advertising campaigns and creating visually compelling content across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives and contribute to the conceptualization of visual elements for advertising campaigns. Generate creative ideas and sketches to effectively communicate concepts.
• Illustration and Graphic Design: Create original, high-quality illustrations that align with the creative vision and brand identity. Develop graphic designs for a variety of media, including print, digital, social media, and outdoor advertising.
• Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all illustrations and designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

Collaborate with the art director and other team members to maintain visual consistency across campaigns.

• Collaboration with Creative Team:

Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and other members of the creative team to integrate illustrations seamlessly into advertising concepts. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

• Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align illustrations with overall campaign goals.

• Feedback and Revisions:

Receive and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine and enhance illustrations. Maintain flexibility and openness to revisions throughout the creative process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Illustration, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or similar tools).
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with current design trends and industry best practices.
