IN-Principal Data Science Consultant

The Principal Data Science Consultant will be a recognized expert in Luminate solutions, statistics, AI/ML, and supply chain processes. This role involves translating data analysis into strategic business decisions, leading customer workshops, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior management. The consultant will mentor junior team members, drive initiatives for solution enhancement, and lead interdisciplinary projects, with a primary focus on project implementations and continuous improvement.

Must Have

• In-depth understanding of Supply chain process and KPI
• Ability to translate outcome of KPIs, data, or model analyses into strategic business decisions
• Expertise in BY Luminate solutions
• Ability to perform Data Science POCs and act as a Solutions Architect
• Proficiency in statistics and AI/ML
• Experience in leading customer workshops
• Ability to mentor and guide other Data Science Consultants and Solutions Architects
• Experience in shaping and improving project delivery based on best practices and NPIs
• Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams for customer or internal projects
• Capability to learn and enable the team on NPIs, required tools and technology
• Ability to interact with customer senior management to present data-driven, strategic enhancements
