Job Description & Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience, proficient in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React, and back-end development using Node.js. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, along with hands-on experience in cloud environments. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively articulate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular or React on the front-end and Node.js on the back-end.
• Develop RESTful APIs and and services to support front-end applications.
• Design and manage databases leveraging both SQL and NoSQL technologies based on project requirements.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Maintain best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain architectural decisions and project progress.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficient in front-end frameworks: Angular and/or React.
• Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js.
• Experience working with both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.

Preferred skill sets:

• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Familiarity with microservices and micro frontends architecture.
• Experience with Redis, Memcached, and message brokers is an added advantage.
• Understanding of security best practices in application development.
