Must Have

• Engage with clients to gather functional requirements and understand business processes related to building permits and approvals
• Interpret building bye-laws, development control regulations, and apply them to functional workflows
• Prepare comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Use Case documents, and process flow diagrams
• Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements
• Review system outputs and assist in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Analyze CAD drawings and ensure alignment with system validation rules
• Provide support during implementation, training, and post-deployment activities
• Maintain clear communication between clients, project managers, and the development team
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for system efficiency
• Strong understanding of building bye-laws, DCR (Development Control Regulations), and approval procedures
• Experience in preparing functional documents, BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze CAD drawings (AutoCAD skills preferred)

• Exposure to municipal e-governance or building permit systems is an added advantage
